Why Can't I Generate Items

If the account you entered is not 6 months of age or older you will not be able to generate items.. If you believe you are getting this message by mistake, try a different account or double check the information

Your account will work regardless of age if your account has had a membership at least once.

Another way you can generate items is by entering the log in for your parent account. We can generate items to all the accounts on your parent account that qualify.

If you tried multiple accounts, and your parent account, it is an issue on our end. Check back later to see if it is working.
